TRAINING offers group outdoor fitness classes in Thalwil and in its back country. Outdoors in the fresh air instead of indoors in the muggy atmosphere of a gym. Weather is no issue: rainy, sunny, muddy, cold or misty…the classes are outside. We utilize steps, benches, poles, sports fields, and primarily,the weight of our own body to get in shape in the fresh air. Our training focuses on functional interval training (stamina and strength) to prepare your body for what everyday life is demanding of you.


This full-body workout is intense and is supposed to be intense. No matter how fit or athletic you are, no matter if you are an experienced sports wo(man) or a beginner: YOU decide about the intensity.
